chapter one · the kids programme

Spanish, but make it playful.

Your children learn Spanish through songs, storytelling, treasure hunts and real Bolivian mornings — while you study in the room next door. No textbooks. No pressure. Just the joyful shortcut we wish we'd had as kids.

Grouped by age, not ability

No grammar drills. No flashcard marathons. Our teachers meet kids where they are — with songs for the little ones, adventures for the middle crew, and real conversation for the teens.

01

Little Explorers

Ages 4 – 7 · 45-minute sessions

Songs, puppets, colours, animals and storytelling. A gentle, playful introduction — short sessions tuned to tiny attention spans.

02

Young Adventurers

Ages 8 – 11 · 1-hour sessions

Games, role-play, basic conversation and cultural projects. Kids build real confidence speaking Spanish out loud — laughing through the mistakes.

03

Teen Travellers

Ages 12 – 15 · 1½-hour sessions

Conversation practice, real-world scenarios and proper city exploration. Teens leave Sucre with Spanish they can actually use — not just a report card.

Lessons that leave the classroom

Half the programme happens with pencils. The other half happens with empanadas, treasure maps, paint, or the mototaxi driver around the corner.

Treasure Hunts

Chase clues in Spanish through Sucre's plazas — reading, asking directions, teamwork.

Cooking Class

Simple Bolivian dishes, recipes in Spanish, and eating what you make.

Art & Crafts

Traditional Bolivian techniques. Colours, shapes and materials become vocabulary.

Market Mornings

The central market with a teacher — numbers, prices, polite requests, fruit for breakfast.

Story Time

Bolivian folk tales read aloud in simple Spanish — great for listening and imagination.

Dance & Music

Traditional dances, rhythm and repetition — it's impossible not to smile, and the words stick.

Built around the whole family

This isn't kids-club-while-you-disappear. Adults study in the regular programme; kids study in theirs. Same hours, same building, one shared lunch table after.

i.

Family Accommodation

Host families who love welcoming children — safe neighbourhoods, home-cooked meals included, real Bolivian daily life.

ii.

Parent Classes

You study in the adult programme on the same schedule. Everyone learns, nobody waits in a café for three hours.

iii.

Flexible Scheduling

Book by the week. Mix kids and adult classes. Take a day off when the llamas are calling. Your holiday, your rules.
